It adopts 8-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor, which is specially used in the control of magnetic particle flaw detector. The fault alarm and interface parameters are displayed by LED digital tubes, and the set parameters are automatically stored. The magnetization time is adjustable, the magnetization current is detected, and the control board has functions such as phase loss protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and working status indication. The control process adopts two sets of single-phase voltage regulation to realize the control of the magnetic particle flaw detector, which can trigger the SCR below 1000A.
